*Edwards, Bills carve up Chiefs*

KANSAS CITY, Missouri (Ticker) -- Trent Edwards threw for two touchdown passes and ran for two more as the Buffalo Bills mauled the Kansas City Chiefs, 54-31, on Sunday.

Edwards scored on runs of 15 and 5 yards and connected on scoring passes of 8 yards to Josh Reed and 17 to Derek Schouman to help Buffalo (6-5) snap a four-game losing streak.

Rookie Leodis McKelvin scored on a 64-yard interception return and Rian Lindell booted four field goals for the Bills.

Tyler Thigpen passed for 240 yards with three touchdowns and two interceptions and tight end Tony Gonzalez hauled in 10 passes for 113 yards and a touchdown for the Chiefs (1-10), who tumbled to their seventh loss in a row.
