These terms may change at any time in the future. Jacksonville.com will endeavor to post general notices of such changes, but no individual notice of changes to Users will be provided. Unless you terminate your registration, you will be bound by any subsequent change in the terms of this Member Agreement.

By registering with Jacksonville.com, or by using the service, you agree that we may use and disclose, as we see fit, consistent with applicable law, any information you provide, or that we obtain concerning your use of the service.

CHAT ROOMS AND FORUMS

Jacksonville.com wants to encourage an open exchange of information and ideas. But we cannot and DO NOT REVIEW postings made in the chat rooms, forums, or other public posting areas. You may well read any given posting before anyone on the Jacksonville.com staff does. Take what you find with a grain of salt. You can expect these areas to include information and opinions from a variety of individuals and organizations other than Jacksonville.com. If you assist in enabling a terminated User/Member to access Jacksonville.com through your registration/account, your registration/account will be revoked.
